Returning a product you have purchased on our site and which you are not satisfied with

Once the work of art or reproduction (fine art print) is received, we give you seven (7) days to decide whether it meets your needs or if you wish to return it for a refund; except exceptions below.

Exceptions

This returns policy does not apply to articles that are final sale:

  • framed artworks or reproductions

  • custom artworks

This service, given the custom design, can not be refunded. However, we will always discuss your needs and expectations before concluding a service agreement.

To be eligible for return and refund:

  • The artwork or reproduction (fine art print) must be intact and in its original condition and packaging.

  • You must write to us within 7 days from the reception of your artwork or reproduction at sales@mariannefaguy.art to inform us that you wish a refund and return the artwork or reproduction. Indicate in the message:

    • your invoice number

    • the reason of the return.

  • You then have 3 days from the day you write us to ship the artwork or reproduction. * Important: you must contact us before shipping the artwork or reproduction.

After receiving your request, we will send you by email the necessary instructions to pack the artwork or the reproduction (fine art print) in a safe way for its transport.

  • You will need to repackage the artwork or reproduction using the original packing material or if it is no longer available or damaged, you will need to purchase the equivalent packing material at your expenses.

  • Once we have received the artwork or reproduction intact, we will refund the purchase price within 7 to 10 business days using the same payment source used during the purchase.

  • Shipping charges and customs fees, if any, are not refunded.

If the original artwork or reproduction (fine art print) is damaged upon delivery

You can request an exchange or a refund if you meet the following conditions:

  • As soon as possible, take pictures of the damaged artwork or reproduction and the damaged packaging.

  • Within 7 days from the reception of your order, write to us at sales@mariannefaguy.art and write:

    • your invoice number

    • what was damaged during transport

    • send photos taken of the damaged artwork or reproduction and its packaging

  • A return authorization number will be required before returning the product. It will save you the return shipping costs. The number will be emailed to you after receiving your request.

Keep the original packaging for return (undamaged parts will be used).


After receiving your request, we will email you instructions for packing the artwork or reproduction for transportation.

  • You will need to repackage the artwork or reproduction using the original packing material or if it is no longer available or damaged, you will need to purchase the equivalent packing material at your expenses. 

  • We will send information to collect a prepaid return label which can be picked up at a post office or on Canada Post’s website. 

  • If you are requiring a refund, once we have received the artwork or reproduction, we will refund the purchase price within 7 to 10 business days using the same payment source used during the purchase. Initial shipping costs will also be refunded if you have obtained a return authorization number from us before returning the product
