SHIPPING POLICY

COVID-19 pandemic: Customers may experience longer shipping times as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes at Canada Post. 

Shipping options within Canada

On the payment page of the site you can select:

• Pick up at the artist's studio.

Free service. We will communicate by email to schedule an appointment. You will have to go to the artist's studio located in Quebec City.

• Shipping with Canada Post.

Free service.

A tracking number for your package will be emailed to you once the package has been mailed.

Exception: framed artworks must be picked up at the artist’s studio in Quebec city, no shipping available. Framed artworks are much more expansive to ship: they require much more packaging to protect them safely and the packages are bigger and heavier. In addition these bigger packages have a greater ecological impact (from the extra shipping/cushionning material needed and the extra CO2 generated). I also use glass rather then plexiglass for a much better quality and durability, but also for it’s lesser environmental impact, but glass being quite fragile, there would also be bigger risks of damaging the artwork.

Shipping options outside Canada

Contact me with your shipping address. I will reply with shipping fees information for your location.

Delivery times

I prepare your package for pick up at the studio or for shipping within 3 working days of receiving your order. We use Canada Post's "Expedited Parcel" service.
